1. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy (zwroty)

Klient będący konsumentem ma prawo odstąpić od umowy sprzedaży zawartej na odległość
w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania produktu, bez podawania przyczyny,
zgodnie z ustawą o prawach konsumenta.

Aby skorzystać z prawa zwrotu, należy poinformować Sprzedawcę o swojej decyzji
poprzez wysłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres:
contactmotherofgoth@gmail.com.

Produkt powinien zostać odesłany w stanie nieużywanym, w miarę możliwości
w oryginalnym opakowaniu, w terminie 14 dni od zgłoszenia odstąpienia od umowy.

2. Wyjątki od prawa zwrotu

Zgodnie z art. 38 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, prawo odstąpienia od umowy
nie przysługuje w przypadku produktów wykonywanych na indywidualne zamówienie
klienta lub personalizowanych.

Produkty oferowane w sklepie Mother of Goth mogą być wytwarzane na zamówienie
(w modelu print-on-demand), dlatego w niektórych przypadkach zwrot może być
ograniczony wyłącznie do sytuacji, gdy produkt posiada wadę lub jest niezgodny z umową.

3. Procedura zwrotu

• Skontaktuj się mailowo: contactmotherofgoth@gmail.com
• Podaj numer zamówienia oraz powód zwrotu
• Odeślij produkt na adres wskazany w odpowiedzi mailowej
• Koszt odesłania produktu ponosi Klient, chyba że produkt jest wadliwy

Zwrot środków nastąpi przy użyciu tej samej metody płatności,
jakiej użyto przy składaniu zamówienia, nie później niż w ciągu 14 dni
od otrzymania zwróconego produktu lub dowodu jego odesłania.

4. Reklamacje (wady produktu)

Sprzedawca odpowiada wobec Klienta za zgodność produktu z umową,
zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa konsumenckiego.

W przypadku otrzymania produktu wadliwego, uszkodzonego lub niezgodnego z zamówieniem,
należy niezwłocznie zgłosić reklamację drogą mailową na adres:
contactmotherofgoth@gmail.com,
załączając opis problemu oraz zdjęcia produktu.

Reklamacja może skutkować:

• wymianą produktu na nowy,
• naprawą produktu (jeśli możliwa),
• obniżeniem ceny,
• zwrotem pełnej kwoty w przypadku uznania reklamacji.

5. Czas rozpatrzenia reklamacji

Reklamacje rozpatrywane są w terminie do 14 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.
W przypadku konieczności uzyskania dodatkowych informacji,
Klient zostanie o tym poinformowany drogą mailową.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days
from the day of receiving the product, without providing any reason,
in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should inform the Seller of their decision
by sending an e-mail to:
contactmotherofgoth@gmail.com.

The product should be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging,
within 14 days from notifying the Seller about the withdrawal.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s individual order
or clearly personalized.

Products offered by Mother of Goth may be manufactured on demand (print-on-demand model),
therefore in certain cases returns may be limited only to situations where the product
is defective or not in conformity with the order.

3. Return Procedure

• Provide the order number and reason for return
• Send the product back to the address provided in the e-mail response
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase,
no later than within 14 days after receiving the returned product
or proof of its shipment.

4. Complaints (Defective Products)

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the product with the contract
in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If a defective, damaged or incorrect product is received,
the customer should immediately submit a complaint by e-mail to:

including a description of the issue and photos of the product.

A complaint may result in:

• replacement of the product with a new one,
• repair of the product (if possible),
• a price reduction,
• a full refund if the complaint is accepted.

5. Complaint Processing Time

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If additional information is required, the Customer will be informed via e-mail.
